The United States, through its amateur governing body, USA Baseball, will participate in the 2004 Women's World Series.

Team USA won the inaugural 2001 Women's World Series in Toronto defeating Team Japan 9-1. They dropped to Bronze Medal finishes in the 2002 and 2003 Women's World Series.
